Every Single-family and Multi-family home designed and built today should be, by default, beautiful, healthy, high-quality, and adaptable to their site and program to yield an ethical, functional, and desirable home.

Instead, too many unmodified, spec homes indiscriminate to the location or users are being built, exacerbating the problems of sub-optimal performance and misaligned design to its site and need.

This requires a new way of designing and building from procurement, development, execution, and post-occupancy evaluation.
